Applications
As a Voluntary Aided school, the governing body is the admissions authority for Charles Williams Church in Wales Primary School.
Applications must be made directly to the school using the school’s admissions forms that can be downloaded below or are available from the school office. Forms may be returned via email to the school using our email address charleswilliams.primary@newportschools.wales, or via the school's postal address: High Street, Caerleon, NP18 1AZ. (Email is preferable, please).

Nursery Admissions
Applications for nursery places September 2026 are welcome between 3 July 2026 and
11 September 2026. Applications received before 3 July 2026 will not be accepted or processed. Outcomes will be sent on 4 December 2026.
Reception Admissions
Applications for a reception place in September 2027 are welcome between
13 November 2026 and 15 January 2027. All admissions to begin reception on 2 September 2027 must be made through the Newport City Council website.

In Year Transfer - this is for applications for a place in any year group at any point in the school year. Please send these directly to school.
